Frain Construction is a family business, established in 2001, specialising in refurbishment and new builds for home owners, along with some commercial works.  A cornerstone of Frain Construction's service, is having experienced site managers and skilled tradesmen to provide our customers with top quality workmanship for their project. Frain Construction conduct regular site inspections  to maintain uniformity of quality and safety standards across projects.  

Pat Frain is the managing director of Frain Construction, and draws on in excess of thirty years construction experience along with qualifications in cabinetmaking, Engineering and business, to provide our customers with quality workmanship. From his construction industry experience, and having worked as project and contracts manager, for multiple Tier 1 construction companies, Pat recognises, that fostering a team spirit, between home owner, design team and contractor, forms the key to the effective and efficient completion of projects. This allows for strong working relationships to be formed, enabling an honesty of endeavour from all stakeholders, where any challenges encountered, are dealt with efficiently, fairly and respectfully.
